Buffy Dinners Return! 7pm-9:30pm
Season 3 of Buffy every Thursday night.
We will have dinner and watch an episode of the tv series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and discuss the spiritual aspects of the show, consequences of characters actions, and the life metaphors used in the series. Since this series was rated TV-14 and it contains some mature situations this will strictly be for the 8th-12 group, also if anyone would like to volunteer for this group please email tjrobinson30@gmail.com

Souper Bowl Sunday
In place of the regular 1st Sunday Potluck, on February 5, the youth will prepare a Souper Bowl Sunday luncheon for the congregation. There is no fee but donations are welcome. Each NFL Super Bowl Sunday, many people host parties with abundant food, friendship, and fellowship. At the same time, over 1 billion people around the world go hungry. The Souper Bowl of Caring is a youth-led ecumenical and grassroots movement that unites youth under a single cause: to end hunger.
